  4. Chest pain - ECG. Abnormality in ecg?

Chest pain - ECG
Had chest discomfort  lasting for about 4-5 minutes three or four times yesterday. The left hand and jaw area was also having mild pain. Today no issues. However I have taken an ECG which is provided here. Blood pressure is 150/100 in manual mercury machine.Any abnormality in ECG? Taking Corbis 5 for hypertension at night. The home digital BP monitor is indicating Arrhythmia sign while taking reading.

ECG seems fine. But your symptoms are of angina. Get an Echo and TMT done

Get your heart evaluated further with Echo and Treadmill test. Need to add one more Antihypertensive.
