Sir i have chest pain and uper body pain like arm back neck and jaw pain. My ecg and ett report are normal then why i feeling these symptoms like heart attack My age 28 Weight 40 kg

You are suffering from googlitis Relax 40 kgs is too low a weight. People with thin chest wall have a very easy perception of heart beat and cardiac movements. Don’t worry
