Chest pain and Breath iss

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Hi I am 26 years old from past few days I am suffering from chest and shortness of breath this is not a continuous process but still sometime I feel the above issue. I have done ECG - Normal Spirometry-Normal Chest x-ray - Normal Endoscopy- Moderate Gastritis issue. I feel chest burn also some as something got stuck in my chest. Please help I am in trouble. I have visited many doctors they say Its due to gas and acidity. Please help to treat this issue . I cannot travel nor I am able to work.

Your problem was likely seems to be allergic as well as gastric. I would advise you to start the following medications 1. Tab rabekind DSR one tab daily empty stomach 2. Tab montair LC one tab daily at night. 3. Tab azithral 500 mg 1 tab once a day for 3 days 4. Tab Zincovit 1 tab daily 5. Syp. Mucain gel 1 tea spoon 3 times a day 6. Homeopathy- Carbo veg 30 3-4 times a day
