Chest pain & backpain

I feel heaviness in the left part around the rib cage. also back pain just above the tail pain. I'm having gas problems these days. might it be related to gas problems? and what should I do?

Hi, it could be due to gastritis or spasm of intercostal muscles. Avoid stress, spicy foods, smoking, alcohol, beverages like coffee, tea, cola etc., drink plenty of water, exercise regularly.
