Chest lump
I have grown a lump in my chest which is like a soft lump and is growing i haven't told my family yet because im scared and cant go to a doctor in this pandemic please help asap

Most probably it would be lipoma Need further history in detail like 1. Is the lump is painful? 2.  Is it moving or fixed? 3. Any history of fever 5. Loss of weight. 6. Loss of appetite Need photo of the lump
