Chest heaviness
I'm feeling chest heaviness from two days after eating brown top millet for lunch and dinner.chest tightness and forcefully need to breathe started after one hour of eating dinner and it continues.Little relief after taking cough candy.again same.is it related to lung or gerd.I have dust and smoke allergy.Dont know exactly what is causing this

Tab rabemac dsr twice a day 1 hour before meals for 15 days. Stop eating things that exaggerates your symptoms and review after 15 days.

You may be sensitive to gluten in millet. Stop eating that and take Tab Montair LC 1 tablet once a day till relief. Need physical Examination to see whether it's. Asthmatic bronchitis.
