Chest discomfort, pain in chest, burping

Hi, I am feeling pain in chest, chest discomfort, burping, sometimes chest tightness resulting in difficulty in breathing, discomfort when i sleep flat. Chest pain more during having food, sometimes burning sensation in throat, chest and stomach, dry throat some times
