Chest discomfort n dizziness

Asked for Female, 21 Years

Hello doctor I am having shortness of break from past 3 to 4 years , 2 weeks b4 I took an ECG n chest X-ray Both d reports were normal bt since from 5 days m having Chest pain Stomach burning n extreme dizziness n lightheadness is this d symptoms of heart Disease ???
