I have been experiencing a wet cough for the past couple of weeks. I started taking azithromycin 250. Is it okay to take just that or should I take something else with it?

You should take Azithromycin 500 mg once for 5 days And take a productive Cough syrup Avoid cold exposure. Take steam also

Azithromycin is fine ,but at a higher dose atleast on the day 1 and 250 mg on day 2-5.Take ascoril Lsyrup as well for the cough
