Chest congestion and nasal congestion
I was troubled by cough from a month but yesterday I developed chest congestion which was causing tightness  my nose was also blocked when ever I blow out my nose my left ear feels a pop sound and sensation so I took a steam which relieved my symptoms what should I further do

Get a covid test done for safer side. Drink warm water and have cups of tea . Try to take steam inhalation twice daily. For further advice and treatment, plz get a paid consultation from me for this.

Apart from taking symptomatic treatment I will suggest you to get an Xray chest done and follow up with reports
