Chest congestion and fatigue
I find that I have a lot of chest congestion and no matter how much I sleep I wake up fatigued and tired the whole day and want to sleep more. Last night I took asthalin and then slept I found I am less fatigued. I'm also having a lot of acidity pretty much through out the day. Sometimes I vomit because of the congestion and I see a lot of phelm come out.

Hello, you must meet a chest physician as you seem to be in trouble. Night time congestion can be early sign of Asthma, you will need PFT to confirm and if you are overweight, symptoms can be part of OSA syndrome also. A proper diagnosis will help to start specific medicines. Take care of acidity as all the respiratory conditions get worsened with excess acidity.
Health Tips
finish your meals and  night tea/snacks about two hours before going to bed. if you get to know that you are allergic to specific things/exposures, please avoid those.
