Chest burning and headache
My dad is a papillary RCC patient since last 6 year with lung metastasis. Doctor advisEd no medication or chemo benefits this type of cancer. He had two time heart attack once 2014 and again in 2017 and had angioplasty both times and now he is under heart related medication. Since last 10hour he started having chest burning sensation with sever headache, we visited hospital today , his BP was little high but ECG was normal and no sign of any acute cardio issue. Doctor said it must be because of his lung metastasis which grown few cm. They suggested the oncologist consultation which we yet to get appointment. But need your suggestion on his heartburn and headache issue which he is still struggling at.

As ECG not suggestive of any fresh changes with this pain there should be no major issue. Get medication adjusted after consulting cardiologist may increase chest pain medications
