Chest area bone pain past 8 months
I am having chest area bone pain have consulted ortho and took these below 3 medicines for 10 days Pantakind flux Dolonex DT Gabawin-25M The pain got reduced but after 2 weeks the pain again started near chest bones area, its mostly increases in sleeping position on left side, when i get up in the morning the pain is very heavy near chest in between the breast area feels like tightening, The pain is increasing now unable to sleep properly. There is heaviness and pain near chest area. Please help me with it.I cannot sleep at night because of the heaviness in chest area. The pain reduces in standing position but increases in sleeping position. I am doing yoga and exercises too, this pain started some months ago while doing exercise. But now whenever i do exercise the pain is increasing. Please help me.

You can take tablet Megadol twice daily for seven days. You can take Dolo 650 twice daily for seven days. Medicines to be taken after food. If no relief, take a cardiac opinion
