Chest and upper abdominal discomfort
I have strange kind of feeling on my chest,right side under ribs,for 7 months and it started with crazy heart burn.I used PPI for 6 months.Now I don not have burning pain but I have discomfort every day 4 hours after eating breakfast.I did ultrasound every thing was normal.but this feeling buthers me almost every day,as I keep away from any alcohol,Cofee or tea and sauces

The most likely cause is gastritis.
6 months of ppi is a long treatment. Somewhere some precautions and treatment is lacking. Proper gastritis regime needs to be started. Endoscopy may be required.
