Chest and stomach pain

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I am having chest pain and stomach pain from three days. Chest pain is sevre. Also facing problem in breathing. I am a smoker too, about 6-10 a day. I am taking proper meals. Suggest me a doctor too for diagnose near to me.

Hi there...I can understand your concern. Chest pain at your age could be due to many reasons gastritis (commonly), costochondritis, pleurisy, kidney stones, pancreatitis, hepatitis, cholecystitis. You will need detailed clinical examination and further investigations. Firstly you need to stop smoking as it aggrevate gastritis and other respiratory problems. Kindly consult a general physician for further evaluation of the pain.
