Chest and Shoulder Pain
I experienced some joint pains yesterday but felt a litter better after taking a med. Now, I am experiencing pain on my shoulder and lower chest when I take a deep breath. Please help.

Move your shoulder mild range of movement.
Don't sleep at the affected side.
