  4. Chest and left arm pain. I should do?

Chest and left arm pain.
Sir/mam I am facing this chest pain since 6 months it will come and go...but i am not able to breathe properly...I did ECG all the times it says borderline rythum sinus left atrial enlargement..due to this chest pain from last few months i got skin infections also...that is not curing anyways. Echo test also normal...but this chest pain and breathing issues I am getting so much weakness... please let me know what I should do? Thank you

Not heart related. Ignore the printed report on ECG it's machine generated it's not reliablr
