Chemotherapy for thrombocytopenia treatm
I got a case for donation, saying the 8 year old girl is suffering from thrombocytopenia, and doc has suggested chemo . I tried searching on Google and didn't find chemo as one of the treatments. Any idea if this is fake, or is it a genuine case

Thrombocytopenia can be caused by a number of conditions and depending on it, for majority of them Chemotherapy is available. But as far as Donation is considered, one has to run a background check before labelling it as fake. If you still have doubts on the topic, you may get a personal consultation with me here on practo, will be happy to help you.

It seems like you're concerned about the legitimacy of a case involving a child with thrombocytopenia. Thrombocytopenia can occur due to various underlying conditions, some of which may require chemotherapy as part of the treatment plan. It's essential to evaluate the specific circumstances of this case. Chemotherapy might not be the first-line treatment for all types of thrombocytopenia, but it could be necessary depending on the underlying cause, such as certain types of leukemia or other hematological disorders. Before determining whether this case is genuine or fake, I recommend conducting a thorough background check and consulting with medical professionals involved in the child's care. If you have ongoing concerns or need further evaluation, feel free to reach out to me directly for a more in-depth discussion or consult. You can also WhatsApp me at eight hundred nine eight two one three three two.
