It didn't affect fertility but miscarriage in such a short period not only affects health but also the uterus doesn't get enough time to heal before the second insult happens to it
There is no one main cause for this
There are multiple causes
But since this has happened twice
It's best to consult a doctor and get the required test done
Also keep a gap of 6 months before trying to conceive again
