I applied toothpaste on an acne on face last night, and slept. Now when I saw it in the morning it has left a dark redish brown mark on the spot, it is really bothering me please help

Most probably it’s an allergic reaction caused by toothpaste. You can use a fluticasone cream for 5 days . Never apply toothpaste or any other chemical for that matter on your acne. Please consult an expert for your acne treatment .
