Toothpaste Burn Marks on Face

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I applied Colgate Advanced Tothpaste on two areas on pimples one above the lips and one in the center of forehead. Twice it was fine but then the third time when I left it overnight on my face, I woke up in the morning and got two dark brown scars. The forehead brown scar I peeled most of it but it has an acne and light pink skin around it.
