It is the Lymphocytes count that has caught my attention along with the p-LCC and p-LCR
Do the following
1. Manual blood film by a Pathologist Consultant
2. Ultrasound abdomen to check size of your spleen
3. Chest x ray to check for any hilar lymph nodes or para-tracheal lymph nodes

A mild increase in platelet indices like MPV, PLCR, and P-LCC compared to last year can be normal, especially if your total platelet count is within the normal range and you are asymptomatic.please consult me on practo for further management and evaluation.
