Chapped and Burning sensation on lips
Since a couple of days my lips have been really chapped and give a burning sensation of throughout the day inspite of applying a lip balm. I wake up with slightly swollen lips due to this and the lip balm brand I'm using has been the same since 2 years. The only thing changed is my incorporation of drinking ACV diluted in a glass of water every morning since the past 2 weeks.

The more u have the habit of lip licking the more ur lips r getting cracked. So do withhold that habit.

Cracked lips makes us uneasy
But what makes it worse is licking the cracked lips to make them wet which further enhances the problem
I didn't understand drinking ACV diluted
Next Steps
may be u can stop ACV
stop licking if ur doing
