Yes you can eat chapatti with dal and subji. Eat easily digestible foods. Have fresh fruits and stay hydrated, drink coconut water, vegetable soup etc.

Chapati is not associated with fever in any way. You can enjoy chapati. But when it comes to fever, you must increase the intake of protein. Good sources of protein are soyabean, paneer, rajma, chhole, lobia, whey protein, pea protein, chicken, egg, fish. etc.
Also, drink plenty of water and liquid. You can add ORS is fever is persisting longer.
Fever is a catabolic process, it breaks protein so you must consume at least 1g/kg/body-weight.
