There's a mild level of asymmetery in evryone, so it is normal. If there aren't any underlying cause such as Bell's palsy, cholestoma, etc which can be treated medically which would bring the asymmetery to normal. But if it isn't due to those problems and an acquired genetic trait then you should visit a plastic surgeon who would give you options for surgical treatment.
