Change in uterus dimensions
In February 2022, I had a lower abdomen ultrasound which gave my uterus dimensions as 74.7 × 22.5 × 37.1 mm. Endometrial thickness was 1.6mm, and the ultrasound was done 3 days after my periods ended. My latest ultrasound done on 14 June 2022, gave uterine dimensions as 80 × 50 × 26 mm. Endometrial thickness is 3.8mm. This ultrasound was done on the day of expected period, which is yet to start. Are the dimensional changes normal or could it signify something like pregnancy or some other condition.
