Chances of being Pregnant
Actually I and my bf had foreplay on 3rd July and it was completely non penetrative, she gave me handjob and i ejaculated also, but never inserted my penis in her vagina, now the thing is i did fingering to her also sometimes just after touching my penis i did fingering to her, but never i did fingering after ejaculation. Now idk if it can make her pregnant, she had her last bleeding phase of periods on 27th june, she has pcod (if normal value of cyst state is 10, her value was  11), then on 23rd july again bleeding phase occured which was bleeding in small amounts but lasted till 25th july. what is the probabilty that it was normal period? Her bleeding phase lasted only 1.5 days, she used only 1 pad and it was fully filled until the bleeding stopped and didnt change any pads, it was almost full with blood till the bleeding stopped. Was it really period? The thing is today is 30th august and yet she didnt have the bleeding phase of period till now. Help i'm scared little

No penetration, no ejaculation near the vagina, and fingering only before any ejaculation happened together make pregnancy from that encounter extremely unlikely.
Next Steps
The irregular, lighter bleeding you're describing sounds more like a hormonal pattern than a missed period, especially with a PCOS-type cyst already noted, so track it for one more cycle before assuming anything.
