I have chalazion in my lower eyelid how I rid of this. It has been around 1 month it stick to it give me the suggestion or treatment of this

If size of chalazion is very small it may disappear with use of combination corticosteroid & antibiotic eye ointment locally3-4 times for 3-4 weeks &if it doesn't get dissolved ,it can be removed by minor surgery &there will be no scar on skin,With regards
