Chalazion in bottom right eyelid for the last 6 months. Tried with hot compress but the same is not getting reduced. What is the treatment for getting rid of the same ? Should we consult some Opthalmologist or Cornea specialist for this problem ? Suffering from this problem in both eyes for the last 2 years. The same gets reduced by hot compress but not getting fully & permanently cured. The one in bottom right eyelid has become slightly bigger & not getting discharged by hot compress. Please advice how to get rid of the same permanently.

If it is chalazion only it is not going to resolve by hot compress only it needs surgery and for chalazion excision you dont need to go to cornea specialist any ophthalmologist will be able to do that
