How is cervicogenic dizziness/vertigo diagnosed or can be ruled out? I have dizziness and balance issues, all other neuro and ent problems have been ruled out.no problems in brain mri..

If everything is normal, then cervicogenic dizziness is a diagnosis of exclusion.
