Cervical swelling
Few months before I had been done usg of left neck there I was feeling pain. In usg it has been deceted that there are sad of 5.5 mm and after 3 months I have done it again and the size is increased by
.5 mg and now the size is 6 mm. My lymph nodes of the left neck are swelled. When I take medicine like diclofinac plus Serra para it become short and then again it become swelled and become large. I want the permanent treatment. I can not take medicine for too long. I am attaching my both usg reports. What will I do.

Is it painful when it started? do you have dental caries? Throat irritation? Could be infective, or there are other possible reasons.
