I m having cervical problem for last 6 mnths n a lot of pain n stiffness kn my neck.. ...plz do tell me what should i do to cure it as my job requires full sitting.

Neck pain and stiffness are the symptoms most commonly associated with cervical spine..May be due to your jod related activities..but it is controllable and curable...consult a neurosurgeon and follow the advice
