You need to do neck isometric exercise, shoulder shrugging, along with ergonomic advice ( keeping neck straight during working) hot fomentation over neck to relieve the muscle spasm. You need some changes in your lifestyle during working, or house chores avoid too much neck bending. You should take physiotherapy treatment from your near by qualified physiotherapist.
