Hey, cervical spondylosis can be handled very effectively with collar support and Homoeopathic treatment. The symptoms surely get better just check your Vit D3 and Vit B 12 levels. This will help you to guess the length of treatment. Do follow up after tests. Thanks

Hello I think he is using some kind of cervical collar Has the necessary tests done, like x-ray etc? Vertigo can be the symptom of many ailments. It may b related to ear, sensorium, high BP, anaemia, tumors, cervical spondylitis etc. Careful case taking is needed to rule out any major issues. Movement of the head & neck shud me minimal, if it's due to cervical spondylitis. Let him lay down flat during vertigo, whenever possible. Get the checkup done & meet Homoeopathy doctor with the reports or do it by his prescription. U can consult me at Surabhi Speciality Homeopathy
