Hand pain can be related to cervical spondylitis, in case there is a nerve compression. ... else the two can be just independent problems, which need to be treated separately. Either way, you need to do cervical exercises besides taking medicines and along with that start hand assessment.
It can be arthritis of finger joints that is causing pain. You can meet an occupational therapist to take further treatment .
