Cervical spondolytis
I have early cervical spondolytis and having pain in neck and upper back part. MRI says there is a mild buldge in c4/5 causing theacal sac. Is it curable totally?  If yes how?  Suggest some exercise.

if you got mild disc bulge and clinically if you don't have radiating pain in upper limb, your prognosis is good ,Will be solved by conservative treatment, consult orthopedic surgeon.
