Sit in an upright posture. Do neck ROM exercises two to three times a day. Do stretching exercises for trapezium and Sternocleidomastoid muscle. Do sleep with cushions on the side. Don't use thick pillow to sleep. Stop forward neck posture. Use hot pack when it pains
