Cervical pain to my mother
Dear doctor please help me iam a poor man from attur salem tamilnadu my mother got heavy cervical pain i will go for treatment some orthopedic doctors they told me it is cervical spondylosis some days the pain was very high she use cervical coller also she became normal before a week now she do some work(wait) on head again pain was come and spreaded to her shoulder kindly give some suggestion to cure my mother s problem

Hi, Neck pain usually settles with physio. Once pain is settled she need to to neck muscle strengthening exercises (isometric). Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration. consult ortho doctor.

Take physiotherapy for few days regular this eil b fixed the pain.. Do regular stretching and strengthening exercises... Watch video in youtube for neck and cervical exercises

Do hot fomentation of neck and shoulder. Apply pain relieving gel at neck and shoulder. Don't work for long hours. Take frequent breaks.
