Cervical mucus
My monthly Menstruation cycle is 28 days
or 30 days not before that not after that but, today is my 26th day after my period, now I'm getting watery as well as clear watery stretchy cervical mucus with light spotting... What does it mean?

What you are experiencing may be some premenstrual spotting. This can happen from time to time particularly if you did not ovulate in this cycle. Rarely it may indicate an infection or lesion on the cervix. If it recurs you should probably get examined by a gynaecologist to rule out the latter causes.
