Hi, Cervical lent is 2.8cm it's observed in the month of 5th so doctor advised for stitches, can have any other easier way to avoid this stitches. Please do the needful.

2.8cm cervical length is a borderline length associated with preterm delivery more often but not always..so considering the risk, few patients r advised for stitch placement.. progesterone support and bed rest helps in few cases without stitch also, but risk stays higher without stitch..u can follow up ur cervical length weekly..or can go for stitch straight away..
