Cervical Issue
I have cervical problem from 1 year. I am able to manage pain by excercise. Some times bad posture or oily food causes presure in back of head/neck. My head feels like shaking..This also cause sometimes drowsiness and affects my concentration. I just want to know if there is any treatment which can be effective in cervical or strengthening nerves around neck. Please suggest something.
