Cervical cerclage and cervical incompete
If pre term delivery occurs in 25 th week in one pregnancy then is it necessary to undergo elective cervical cerclage For next pregnancy. Without cervical cerclage can't I have Healthy pregnancy . It is being said that cervical cerclage may cause infection and water break pprom .

Cervical length should be followed up on usg. In case of short cervix, encerclage should be done
