Cervical cause high blood pressure
I am diabetes with 7.5 and triglyceride is 360. Normally BP range is very high like above 100 diastolic or above.Frequent headache off and on.I had neck MRI it shows nerve compression which make my right hand and neck stuck during work.

Diabetes with Hb A1C 7.5 is high.Please control your diabetes with diet/Exercise and drugs.Diabetes has long term complications on all systems.Rest take low salt diet and physiotherapy.

Don't worry. Will help you out.
As you know, You have got multiple comorbidities and a comprehensive management is required.
Most important is diabetes..it needs to be controlled, if you are on oral drugs then doses needs to be adjusted. You should take 1400kcal diabetic diet.
Blood pressure.. Diastolic should be less than 90. It might cause headache. Take low salt diet.
For nerve compression you should get physiotherapy and analgesic with vitamin B12 supplements.
Consult a physician to get yourself clinically examined and get relevant investigations done.
