Cervical ap lateral
I have left side chest pain hand pain shoulder and back pain and neck pain for almost 2 year sometime pain also in left leg and hand i done ecg,echo,lipid,xray all normal idone cervical xray going to attach my xray report ,pain also in lumbar and thoracic area sometime and sometime disappear is chest pain common in these situation ,iamgoing to attach my xray report please reply what was in my reprt

Maintain spine in straight posture and.Avoid bending neck more than 10degree. use cell phone and laptop screen at eye level . sleep on Hard couch and avoid pillow under head or else use cervical memory foam pillow avoid travelling on bikes. and avoid lifting weights do hot fomentation

Your X rays are suggestive of Chronic Cervical Strain pattern with C4 -C5-C6 Spondylotic changes( Degenerative) You need to work on your Posture first Have to do Chin Tucks exercised frequently. Cervical Spine stretches A short course of intermittent Cervical Traction Please contact for further advise Thanks
