CERELAC FOR 4 MONTHS OLD BABY BOY
Hi Doctor,
My son completed 4 month's 10 days, is it good to start cerelac now.As i am hearing from my elders that we can start feeding with cerelac might breast feeding milk is not sufficient to the baby .Kindly suggest.

Only Breastfeeding to be given till completed 6 months of age. Let a pediatrician judge if milk is sufficient or not based on weight gain. Don't listen to anyone else. Even after 6 months, home cooked fresh weaning food is recommended. Packaged food is not as good as it has chemicals. use only in emergency when nothing else is available like travelling.
