CBC report
Attached is my CBC blood report which shows couple of abnormalities, need your help to understand the issue. I have been getting fever from yesterday and have sore throat. From past few months facing irritation problem and acne.

RBC COUNT IS HARD LY MATTER.

Neutrophil increased because of infection. Platelet are on lower side.do dengue ns1antigen test.
Take tablet azee 500 once a day for three days.
Syrup grilinctus two spoon three times for 3days
Tab paracetamol three times a day
