CBC done please check

Haemoglobin -13.6 within normal range Total count - RBC- 4.7 within normal range WBC - 7200 within normal range Platelets - 1.88 within normal range Neutrophils - 44% within normal range Lymphocytes - 51% higher than normal (20-40) Monocytes - 01% less than normal (02-10) Eosinophils - 04% normal range Basophils - 00% ESR - 35 mm higher than normal PCV - 42% MCV - 89.36% MCH- 28.93% MCHC- 32.38% Please help me out I'm concerned about my mother's health, She is having headache, body ache, swelling in feet, her vitamin D and vitamin B12 is low She is also having high BP problem she is having difficulty breathing also, she is feeling weak fatigue, dizziness at times and vomiting She is having skin spots in leg doctor says psoriasis but we are not sure it's very different and I'm scared. My mother is having uterus fibroids also. Please help me out I'm concerned about my mother's health please help. Should I be concerned about my mother's health or CBC is normal please help 🙏.
