Cavity in enamel layer
I have cavity in enamel layer and dentin. I got filling done. I am afraid the other teeth might also get infected soon. Please suggest some best preventive way and if there is any specific paste I should use?

Best way to prevent cavities is to maintaine good oral hygiene as much as you can. Brush twice a day, brush before going to sleep is mandatory Warm saline water rinses Use mouthwash Drink a lot of water

Few tips:- - Brush twice daily ( morning and night) - Use a fluoridated mouthwash at night. - Have sufficient water in a day. - Balanced diet, fruits and vegetables. 1. Diet check a. Reduce/eliminate frequency of having sticky food b. Reduce/eliminate food with high sucrose content c. Have fibre rich food d. Have nutritious and healthy snacks 2. Oral hygiene a. Make sure u clean ur teeth and tongue after meals (Brush and Floss, Mouthwash) 3. Dental Checkup a. Regular check up to identify and nab any decay at the earliest b. Fluoride treatment for healthy teeth
