Hello You need to go to dentist and get an x-ray done because you are having pain in your tooth .. This pain is not because of dislodged filling. It may be because of deep caries in your tooth... After evaluating xray only we can say how we have to proceed with the treatment. Mostly it will go for RCT.

Ascertain whether it's a temporary or permanent filling. If there is pain you must take an xray as well. Consult your dentist for management.Don't prolong
