Hi..it looks like you need a root canal to get rid of pain caused due to tooth decay. Medications are only for temporary solution. Visit a endodontist ASAP. Regards

In all probability you will need root canal treatment. Costs vary according to practice and experience. You will need to visit a dentist and get a proper examination done after which he will provide you with an estimate. Do not delay or you may end up losing the tooth.

As per your complain, it seems your cavities have reached the nerve of your tooth. So you need Root Canal Treatment for your teeth.Later, crowns can be made to support them and make them look esthetic. This will solve your problems permanently
