Hi..it looks like you need a root canal to get rid of pain caused due to tooth decay. Medications are only for temporary solution. Visit a endodontist ASAP.

As per your complain, it seems your cavities have reached the nerve of your tooth.So you need Root Canal Treatment for your teeth.Later, crowns can be made to support them and make them look esthetic.This will solve your problems permanently
